This solution proposal defines what you asked for, what we will deliver, and how to measure the results. We will review any changes you want and include those in the final version.
Step 3: proposal Acceptance
Once you are happy and accept the proposal, we are good to go, and the work commences.
Step 4: Onboarding
The onboarding phase begins. This is where you identify the key stakeholders from your team we will work with. We will develop project plans, weekly or monthly reporting cadence, and meeting schedules. Depending on the services needed, we will run deep-dive, fact-finding sessions with your subject matter experts, and you can address any access requirements from our side. This is where we find the nitty-gritty details of your digital marketing landscape.
Step 5: Solution Delivery
Now we design and deliver the fit-for-purpose solution. The solution can be an ongoing process or a once-off- project. Either way, we provide detailed measurements against agreed-upon KPIs, so you can review and adjust the services as needed. We will make any changes based on your feedback.
